MJG Development Group’s current project is in the early stages of development to be located in Palm Springs, Ca.
The company has obtained preliminary approval from the building department to utilize tiny homes on a permanent foundation to be used as rental properties under the Section 8 affordable housing program. Preliminary approval has also been granted by the Riverside Housing Authority for this type of dwelling.
MJG Development Group is seeking a specific location for this project to get approval from the Palm Springs Planning Department.
